Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle delivered a homily about an alleged "common faith and unity in Jesus Christ".
The optics of this really aren't good. Why did this need to happen in a Catholic church in Rome when there's a perfectly decent Anglican one within the walls?

I knew a protestant woman who went to Mass, took a host, and after eating part of it, gave the rest to her grandchild. It grieves me to know to what extent the Holy Catholic Church is being betrayed by her priests and prelates.
I have witnessed people taking the HOST and breaking IT into smaller pieces. What happened after that I do not know. Several times I had to interrupt distributing Holy Communion, and tell the person to consume the Host immediately, and not parade around the Church with IT. Yes, things are becoming worse each day.
