New Record: 14,000 Registered for Chartres Pilgrimage on First Day

Fourteen thousand people registered in a single day for the 2026 Notre-Dame de Chrétienté pilgrimage on the Paris–Chartres route, compared to 6,000 on the first day last year.
The pilgrimage will take place over Pentecost, from May 23 to 25, and is expected to gather 20,000 participants walking to Chartres.
A new, more accessible option - the “Jerusalem Route” - has been introduced. Shorter than the traditional 100 km walk (around 70 km), it is designed for those unable to complete the full distance. Like the main route, it also ends in Chartres, allowing more pilgrims to take part in the final stages of the pilgrimage.

Franca Giansoldati in the Vatican circus: a joke …
In the grotesque knot that has for years tightened around the Vatican, populated by impostors forever straining towards circles that continue to keep them at a distance, the tragicomic saga of certain self-styled Vatican experts and headline fabricators goes on unabated. They form part of a well-organised clique which now seems to have lost even the most basic sense of the ridiculous to which it has surrendered itself.
The April Fool’s joke that is not funny
Against this backdrop, at 9.29 a.m. on 1 April, Katholisch.de published an article claiming that Pope Leo XIV was intending, at least provisionally, to settle the dispute over the pre-conciliar liturgy through an unusual compromise. The piece attributed to the Pontiff a non-existent motu proprio, significantly entitled Retrograde semper, under which the faithful would supposedly have been permitted, during Mass, to turn their backs on the priest, regardless of which …Mususu

RATZINGER FOLLOWED RAHNER’S FACTUAL ERROR WHICH …

Lionel Leslie Andrades

Franca Giansoldati and Il Messaggero interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally. I had informed them about it. But they contine with the error since it is politically correct with the Left. They are schismatic on Vatican Council II, the Creeds and all the Catechism which mention the dogma extra ecc, lesiam nulla salus, which they do not want to affirm, but have to, when the Council and Catechism are interpreted rationally. No one speaks ahout this at the Vatican Press Conference. We now know that Cadinal Ratzinger made a schismatic mistake on the Council.

Cardinal Ernest Simoni, 97, stood beside Pope Leo XIV during the Easter Urbi et Orbi blessing at St. Peter’s Basilica. A survivor of Communist persecution in Albania, he endured years of prison and forced labor. He is known for his fidelity to the Catholic faith and his attachment to traditional liturgy.

The cardinal is, "sympathetic" to the traditional Mass? How about rather he states the truth; The traditional Mass is infinitely pleasing to God, the Novus Ordo has protestant errors within it and is therefore not.

All Public Easter Liturgies in Dubai Cancelled

Following government directives, public Easter services in Dubai have been cancelled since Good Friday. The regime's excuse is that tensions in the Middle East are escalating.
Dubai has two Catholic parishes - Saint Mary's and Saint Francis of Assisi in Jebel Ali. Both have confirmed the closures on their websites and will remain closed "until further notice".
Saint Mary’s Church is one of the largest Catholic parishes in the world, with around 30,000 members, many of whom are Filipino workers. On Good Friday, many Catholics who had not been informed of the closure were seen praying outside on the pavement instead.
Easter liturgies were only being streamed online.
Bishop Paolo Martinelli, Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia, acknowledged worshippers' disappointment at missing Holy Week celebrations.

Four days ago, Pope Leo XIV praised Christian-Muslim “dialogue” during Wednesday’s meeting with the Programme for Christian-Muslim Relations in Africa. On Palm Sunday, dozens of Christians were slaughtered in Northern Nigeria.

"Christian-Muslim dialogue" - Yuck! There is no dialoguing with muslims. You might as well be dialing-a-dog! We should not be dialoguing with anyone, we should be preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them and instructing them in the True Faith.

In his Urbi et Orbi Easter message, Pope Leo XIV greeted the faithful around the world in ten languages. "Happy Easter! Bring the joy of the risen Jesus, who is present among us, to everyone.” Click on the video to hear him in Italian, French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese and Latin.

And isn't this the same apostate who wishes Muslims a Happy Ramadan? And who congratulates an Anglican heretic? And who allows himself to be subjected to the incantations of shamans? All while brazenly presenting himself as the pope of all false religions—and, moreover, demanding to be recognized as Pope.

Trump’s Executive Order: DHS to Build State Citizenship Lists and Secure Mail-In Ballots – The Real Reason for Democrat Resistance to Election Integrity

I had Grok break down Trump’s EO, and there were some interesting points:
1) This EO includes the involvement of DHS creating state citizenship lists for every state. DHS’s role in election security is expanding.
2) Mail-in ballots are being reformed, with “unique intelligent mail barcodes”, and these ballots can only be mailed to citizens on the state citizenship lists created by DHS and SSA.
3) The order also directs the AG to prioritize investigations and prosecutions of election-related crimes, particularly related to distributing/collecting illegal ballots to/from non-citizens.
In conclusion, Trump is using DHS to secure elections via managing the voter rolls and preventing mail-in ballot fraud, while the DOJ has been instructed to prosecute any attempts to cheat.
This is what the Dems have been worried about the entire time. This is why they have been refusing to fund DHS and throwing a fit about ICE. It was always about election security. BioClandestine

I found this one of the clearest summaries of what took place concerning election integrity. It’s not an option, not a choice but rather a decision to save the republic and by extension other peoples.
It is my opinion that the Church is directly impacted as well.

1. The War Was Predictably Destabilizing The speaker begins by saying any competent analyst should have known that attacking Iran would disrupt global energy markets. Iran has the capability to interfere with oil flows (especially in key shipping lanes), so economic fallout was a “known known”—not a surprise. 2. Failure to Build International Support They contrast this conflict with earlier U.S. wars: 1991 Gulf War: A broad coalition was built before combat—European allies, Arab states, and NATO partners were aligned. 2003 Iraq War: Even though controversial, the U.S. at least attempted to gain NATO backing and international legitimacy. Current situation: No real diplomatic effort was made to build a coalition. Europe is refusing to participate. European economies are already strained (e.g., from Russia sanctions), and this war is worsening their situation. Conclusion: The U.S. acted unilaterally and now stands isolated. 3. No Serious War Planning The speaker argues the war was launched …Mususu

Leo XIV’s Way of the Cross: Reflections on Social Injustice - Migration, Economy, and Politics

Franciscan Father Francesco Patton wrote the meditations for tonight's Stations of the Cross at the Colosseum in Rome with Pope Leo XIV. Fr Patton served as Custos of the Holy Land from 2016 to 2025.
On April 1, he told VaticanNews.va that the inspiration comes from "current reality" and that the meditations are meant to inspire political "change".
The Vatican press office published the text today. Traditionally a penitential and contemplative devotion, the Via Crucis is repurposed here as a vehicle for contemporary socio-political reflection.
The text shifts from the Passion of Christ to war, refugees, human trafficking, surveillance, deportation, the media, the economy, prisons, hostages, and crackdowns on protests. Notably absent, however, are abortion, euthanasia, and gender ideology.
One acclamation reads: "For migrants, the displaced, and refugees: Comfort us, O Mother."
In the first station, the meditation talks about political and economic power "to start or end a war… the power …Mususu

Former FDP MP and Israel lobbyist Hartmut Ebbing was caught with child sexual abuse videos. He asked the court for a secret trial to protect the German-Israeli Society (DIG), where he was treasurer. The court agreed. He got a suspended sentence. Later convicted of abusing a 7-year-old. Only then did he resign, after nearly a year managing DIG funds, including German taxpayer money. Both FDP and DIG claimed they “knew nothing.”

Girls are hitting puberty earlier than ever before — and the numbers are shocking. In the late 1800s, the average age was around 16–17. By the early 1900s it had dropped to 12.5–13. Today it’s down to about 11, with some Black and Hispanic girls showing signs as early as 8, 9, or even 6–7 years old — the earliest recorded in history. Patrick Bet-David asked FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary why this is happening. Makary pointed to the modern environment: constant exposure to substances and chemicals with estrogen-like binding properties (found even in river water) that partially activate estrogen receptors. He called it a “huge issue” and an existential threat to human development, noting the age has been dropping by about a week and a half every year for the last 30 years. He also mentioned that in Europe, where some of these exposures may be lower, puberty still starts later (14–15 in some cases), and that American medicine has largely treated this as a minor footnote rather than …Mususu
