Leo XIV Appoints Neocatechumenal Bishop - Praised By "Female Bishop"

Today, Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Rubén Darío Jaramillo Montoya, 59, as Bishop of Montería in Colombia.
Born on 15 August 1966, he was ordained a priest on 4 October 1992 and incardinated in his home diocese of Pereira.
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Buenaventura in June 2017.
Celebrant of Flatbread Eucharists
Bishop Jaramillo has close ties to the Neocatechumenal Way.
Prior to becoming bishop, he co-authored a study examining the movement’s social impact in his home diocese.
When he was appointed bishop in 2017, Spanish Catholic media outlets described him as “coming from the Neocatechumenal Way”.
One of their seminaries claimed that his “vocation was born inside the Neocatechumenal Way”.
Furthermore, Bishop Jaramillo celebrated several Eucharists for the Neocatechumenal Way, using flatbread and large chalices (see pictures below). These Eucharists constitute liturgical abuses involving large loaves of unleavened bread. The big chalice is usually passed among the faithful. …بیشتر

Leo clearly needs to be told by the catholic cardinals left to get out already. What a pathetic figure he exposes himself to be. Clericalism with bells on.

The Neocatechumenals allow many particles of their particular Eucharistic bread to be lost, due to their manner of receiving Communion, and thus to be profaned, trampled on... According to Schneider, one must distance oneself from the Neocatechumenals because of their unorthodox doctrine on certain points and because they build parallel churches in each parish.

DR. CLARENCE JOHNSON, sworn for the State in rebuttal.
I am a specialist on diseases of the stomach and intestines. I am a physiologist. A physiologist makes his searches on the living body; the pathologist makes his on a dead body. If you give anyone who has drunk a chocolate milk at about eight o'clock in the morning, cabbage at 12 o'clock and 30 or 40 minutes thereafter you take the cabbage out and it is shown to be dark like chocolate and milk, that much contents of any kind vomited up three and a half hours afterwards would show an abnormal stomach. It doesn't show a normal digestion. If a little girl who eats a dinner of cabbage and bread at 11:30 is found the next morning dead at 3 a.m., with a rope around her neck, indented and the flesh sticking up, bruised on the eye, blood on the back of her head, the tongue sticking out, blue skin, every indication that she came to her death from strangulation, her head down, …

Saint Juliana of Nicomedia - February 16
Also known as
Juliana of Cumae
Memorial
16 February
Profile
Daughter of a pagan named Africanus who promised the girl to a young noble named Evilase. Juliana put him off, first insisting that he become prefect of Nicomedia. When he became prefect, she insisted he become a Christian before they could marry, a condition he would never meet. Her father, who hated Christians himself, abused Juliana fearfully to get her to change her mind, but she held fast; ancients manuscripts describing these horrors put them in terms of her fighting a dragon, and she is often depicted that way in art. Evilase called her before the tribunal during the persecutions of Maximianus, denounced her as a Christian, and she was martyred. Hers was a favourite story, for telling and creation of stained glass and other art objects, during the Middle Ages.

Hl. Juliana - Gedenktag: am 16. Februar

Password-Protected “Pastoral Vision” - A Diocese-Wide Ego-Show?

Bishop Michael Martin of Charlotte, USA, ordered every priest to play a password-protected video on a screen during the homily in all Sunday Masses. The nearly ten-minute presentation outlined what he calls his “pastoral vision” for Western North Carolina.
Priests were unable to preview the video until receiving the password at noon on Saturday - a precaution that drew questions across the diocese.
The video was filmed at St. Peter’s parish, run by the Jesuits. It is considered one of the most liberal churches in the diocese and reportedly held homosexual-themed events some 25 years ago.
Football Talk
The video lays out a refrain the bishop repeats: “Everyone so loves Jesus, we share him with others.”
The bishop acknowledges the reality that “two thirds of U.S. Catholics don’t regularly practice their faith,” arguing that the Church must move beyond producing “believers” to forming disciples:
“The difference between being a believer and being a disciple is the difference between …بیشتر

J N STARNES, Sworn In For The State, 192nd To Testify
J. N. STARNES, sworn for the State in rebuttal.
There were no spots around the scuttle hole where the ladder is immediately after the murder. Campbell and I arrested Minola Mc Knight to get a statement from her. We turned her over to the patrol wagon and we never saw her any more until the following day, when we called Mr. Craven and Mr. Pickett to come down and interview her. We stayed on the outside while she was on the inside with Craven and Pickett. They called us back and I said to her, "Minola, the truth is all we want, and if this is not the truth, don't you state it." And she started to put the statement down. Mr. Gordon, her attorney, was on the outside, and I told him we could go inside without his making any demand on me, and he went in with me, and Mr. February had already taken down part of the statement and I stopped him and made him read over what he had already taken down, and after she had finished the statement, …

‘Legends of the Blessed Virgin’ by J. Collin de Plancy; 1852; Chapter 4 – ‘Our Lady of Deliverance.’; ~ ‘Sancta Virgo Virginum.’; pages 13-19

[Collin de Plancy – XVIII-XIX Century AD; Demonologist – Converted to the Catholic Faith]
“Chapter 4 – ‘Our Lady of Deliverance.’; ~ ‘Sancta Virgo Virginum.’ - /’ Holy Virgin of Virgins.’/
THE history of the iniquities of the Parliament of Paris would fill a large volume
. We will give an instance which might occupy a page in such a work.
On the 6th of February, 1737, a year after the government of the Two Sicilies had fallen into the hands of the Bourbons, and the same year in which the duchy of Tuscany passed into the house of Lorraine, the Parliament of Paris was bold in its pride. On that day it was in the humour to show, by some arbitrary act, its great power and good pleasure. It solemnly suppressed a confraternity. What was this confraternity? That of our Lady of Deliverance, which had had a quiet existence of upwards of two centuries in the church of St. Etienne-des-Grest at Paris.
" Well," said a citizen, who supped that night with a member of parliament, to his host, " it …بیشتر

"It confirmed its stability by many royal edicts in its favour. What is there in it which can excite your displeasure ? Its sole employments were works of piety, charitable reunions, simple processions,* and beautiful and edifying ceremonies.
Tell me what are your reasons ?" " I will give you but one, and that shall be a royal one : ' It hath seemed meet to us.' " " To which, of course, I must bow in submission," replied the good citizen. And thus, the confraternity was suppressed by Act of Parliament. But the venerated image of our Lady of Deliverance, the Queen of the confraternity, remained in the hands of the people ; and all in distress fled to her sanctuary."

The poorly selected bishops are destabilising dioceses, writes SilereNonPossum.com. Appointments are made based on ideology or optics rather than solid canonical and pastoral competence. Whole Italian dioceses are reported to be in “a state of desperation”. And: “In some places, there are even dozens of priests ready to move elsewhere, just to escape dynamics that have become unliveable.” SilereNonPossum also comments on yesterday’s elevation of Sister Simona Brambilla as a new member of the Dicastery for Bishops. As prefect of the Dicastery for Religious, she is said to have an “authoritarian leadership style” characterised by game-playing and an anger-filled approach behind the public image.

Women assessing bishops? The results of this tokenism are plain for all to see.

Vatican City - In recent years, inside the Roman Curia, there has been a succession of appointments we would never have wanted to see. We are not talking about choices that are debatable on the level of sensitivities or ideological camps, but about profiles that are objectively unfit: people placed in decisive roles without the basic requirements to sustain them, without a stature consistent with the office, without that credibility which, in the Church, is not so much something to brag about as a condition for governing.
Governing authority: an unresolved knot
The knot becomes even clearer when people try to normalise the idea that governing authority works as it does in civil organisations, regulated by management criteria and vaguely “institutional” standards. Benedict XVI, in his catechesis on the
munus regendi, recalled a fundamental principle: ecclesial governance is born of a mandate and a form, not of a sociological investiture. The priest is called “to guide, with the …

Excommunication – unlikely heres why

Excommunication – unlikely here's why
It is my thought that the Vatican will be greatly upset at the SSPX and verbally assault that group. However, after great consideration they will not excommunicate them.
In doing so, they will impede their hidden objective of having female priests.
The overt spoken objection of German female priests is merely just a facade.
Just like when the Greek Archbishop of America made headlines of being the first to Bless and perform a Homosexual baptism, so too will the Vatican look the other way when the Germans ordain a group of female priests equaling in number to the SSPX Bishops.
Patriarch Bartholomew publicly objected, but did not put an end to that action. So too will be the Vatican action in this matter.
Quietly it appears that they support female priests, just like the Protestant brothers. This is verified with the many pictures of the Catholic Clergy standing side by side of the Protestant female Clergy.
This SSPX action is just what the doctor …بیشتر

February 16th - Saint of the Day: Saint Pamphilus and Companions (The Martyrs of Caesarea)
The Martyrs of Caesarea were not “religious fanatics.” They were a living snapshot of the early Church, and they refused to bow. Saint Pamphilus was a priest who built a library to protect the Word of God, shared Scripture like bread for the hungry, and still ended up in chains. He and his companions were imprisoned for a long time, tested in the slow grind of fear, and they stayed faithful anyway. Then comes the wild part. Five young Christians were questioned about where they were from, and they basically said, “Jerusalem.” Not the city on a map, but the Jerusalem above in Galatians 4:26. They claimed Heaven as home, even when it cost them everything. And after the executions, their bodies were left exposed, yet they were reported to remain untouched for days. The world tried to shame them. God honored them. This is what martyrdom really is. Not drama. Not hype. Just loyalty to Jesus when it …بیشتر

Hl. Pamphilus und Gefährten - Gedenktag katholisch: 16. Februar
* in Berytus - heute Beirut im Libanon
† 16. Februar 308 in Cäsarea in Israel
بیشتر
